The service feature provided is intended to enhance the exclusivity of photo usage rights. Two types are available, namely perpetual and for a specified duration. Users will incur a specific fee for utilizing this feature.

The recommended use of the photos is solely for digital media. The digital photo resolution is set at 2000 pixels in accordance with the requirements of digital media.

Photo formats are available in JPEG, TIFF, and PSD, however not all products are available in those 3 format.

JPEG is the format for digital media use only. PSD is a format that we prepare with several selection layers (model clothes, items in the background, etc. depending on the photo) to ease the editing process. TIFF is a photo format with high resolution, for the use of all media including print ads to billboard

Royalty-free is a permission / right to use the photo, where buyer only need to pay 1 (one) time to have the right of photo usage on various media, repeatedly with no time limitation.

Regular License and Digital License Photos

1. Select the photo and the photo file format (JPEG,TIFF, PSD).
2. Read talent profiles by clicking on the talent’s name next to the photos (some talents have industry resctrictions).
3. Fill the purchase form and proceed to check out your order.
4. Select payment method.
5. After the payment is verified, you will be able to download the file through the link sent to the registered email.

All photos including those with talents in Imajinesia can be purchased for commercial use, we have talent releases. However, you have to check the talent profile of each talent because there are talents who have restrictions to be used in certain industries

Restrictive Industries are the list of industries that the talent has provided for buyers to refer to in regards to which industries they don’t consent their photos to be used for. For commercial purposes, a talent release is needed to publish the content, Imajinesia’s talents have provided buyers with the list of industries they do not wish their faces to be featured in. Please always check the “Resctrictive Industries” list for each talent before proceeding to payment, as the list for each talent is different.

Only photos produced by Imajinesia have talent profiles. However, it is certain that all photos in Imajinesia have a talent release and a property release.

Send your personal information (name, gender, date of birth – ACCORDING to KTP, contact number, location, and Instagram account (public) along with portfolio or photos (close up, upper body, full body) via email:

1. Not bounded by any contract with a brand that restricts you from appearing in other ads.
2. Willing to come to the shooting location (South Jakarta), or other locations mutually agreed upon.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of the contract agreement with Imajinesia.

Talent will receive sharing fee from the sales of photo.

Payment is not paid in advance, payment will be given at the beginning of the following month and maximum of 7 working days after the photo has been sold. Payment is made to the account registered when the talent signs the contract

Talents will be provided special talent account, to track the status of their photos and be notified when a purchase has been made through the email
